Jeremy is an expert in Unix and Cache as well as availability and process improvement with 20 years of experience in the field of computer engineering and 14 years of direct Epic experience. As the former downtime prevention lead at Epic and lead on multiple Epic implementations Jeremy has a passion for seeing projects done right and improving system reliability at every site he works with. When not working behind a keyboard he has a passion for board games and competition of all kinds and even co-hosted a long running podcast for some of the games he plays.
