Kris Tomaine

Education: BS In Computer Science from The University of Scranton Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Epic Cogito Administration, Microsoft SQL Server Kris has worked in healthcare IT for over 10 years. He started at Epic in 2015 on the Cogito Hosting team. During this time, Kris specialized in cloud migrations but also worked in reliability engineering, development, training, and eventually became one of the leads of the team. Since leaving Epic in 2023, Kris has continued working with large healthcare organizations to migrate their analytics to public clouds like AWS and Azure. Throughout his career, Kris has been recognized for his creative problem solving and the lasting impact of his work. Kris lives in Florida and enjoys outdoor activities like walking, biking, and swimming. He also enjoys reading, music, painting, and traveling.
