Shannon Adams

Shannon is passionate about improving patient care, because at some point we may all become a patient. Favorite quote: Technology has never moved this FAST. It will never move this SLOW again. Shannon was introduced to computers in 1988 (IBM PS/2). Shannon is a seasoned IT Professional with broad experience in planning, designing, implementing, and supporting core IT infrastructure solutions utilizing Citrix, Microsoft, and Cloud technologies in large enterprise environments. Shannon pent almost 7 years at Citrix helping customers utilize their investment, along with POC and demos of new products. He won the US Commercial team Sales Engineer of the year award in 2021. As Shannon has been a part of all 3 types of organizations (customer, partner, vendor), he has a keen ability to understand requirements, develop business cases, build solutions, and scope projects to ensure technology deployed is aligned with the business goals and objectives in mind while improving the user experience. Shannon is also a certified PADI Assistant Diving Instructor. Swam with sharks in the Bahamas. Most importantly a devoted husband to Wendy Adams.
